Huge interest in Office Solutions

Just one year after Svend Aage Kirk assumed the reins at Click-House as CEO, a new business area has evolved into a flourishing business for the Bangladesh based Danish company.

Office Solutions is the name of the new services for companies with resource-intensive, routine administrative processes.

"Every large business or organization has routine administrative processes for which we can provide a flawless, professional solution at a competitive price. By leaving the work to Office Solutions, your company can free up resources that can be put to better use developing your core services," explains Svend Aage Kirk.

These services can include data entry, data validation, document management, media monitoring or various types of financial services. Recently Office Solutions has hired a group of university educated economists to prepare cash flow budgets for the Estatum investment company.

But the nature of the task is not important, says Svend Aage Kirk:

"The common denominator is that the tasks are routine, costly and difficult to get Danish employees to do – that is high volume "back office" procedures that you can outsource to your company’s advantage."

Svend Aage Kirk encourages Danish businesses to dialogue with Office Solutions on their time-consuming, costly routine procedures, and Office Solutions will suggest solutions for handling the work.

Click-House is a joint venture business based in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, and Århus, Denmark. The company was established in partnership with Danida.
